CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT BOARD

The Continuous Improvement Board was created to provide a structured forum for proposing, championing, and advancing ideas that drive positive organizational change. Its goal was to empower individuals who identified improvement opportunities by making those ideas visible and connecting them with others interested in solving problems or driving initiatives forward.

The team developed a set of visual metrics focused on five key performance areas representing the department’s overall health and outlook. These metrics were automatically generated from the ERP system and updated daily, providing a consistent, data-driven reference point for decision-making and continuous improvement.
